SecureFlow Pro™ provides dedicated account managers who are available during normal business hours. After hours and weekend support is available using the Automated Help Desk.

Dedicated Account Manager

Upon signing up with SecureFlow Pro™ you are assigned a dedicated account manager. This person will work with you to provision, train and start using the SecureFlow Pro™ system.

Each account manager has been trained to assist you with each aspect of your use of the system. They also engage the technology and operations departments when items need to be addressed by them.

Automated Help Desk

SecureFlow Pro™ has created an Automated Help Desk to assist you during non-business hours. Help Desk staff members receive your requests after hours. They work with you to resolve the issue and update your account manager throughout the entire process.
